The Wrath of Klum

Summary by: FT Staff
Date Published: December 01, 2008
Heidi Klum has the face and body that can sell any product as a German party promoter discovered. Now, entrepreneur Heinz F is under the wrath of Klum for using her image online and on dance flyers without her permission. Heinz F has been charged with a $275,000 bill as well as primary injunction, reports Vogue UK.

Gunther Klum, Heidi's father and manager explains to a German paper, "If he uses a picture of Heidi it is normal for us to send him a bill. And a warning - we can't allow just anyone to advertise with Heidi's face who wants to... We have asked Mr. F to donate the money to the Bethanien Children's village in Bergisch Gladbach. If he complies with this then the issue is over."
