Naomi Campbell joins the throng of celebrities who're demonstrating their support for the anguish in Haiti. Yesterday she joined forces with British first lady Sarah Brown for a London runway affair to be held on February 18th.
The event will be implemented for Campell's annual fundraising show Fashion For Relief, and will include an array of big name models and celebrities swathed in getups from well known designers like Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen. All dresses worn will be auctioned off following the show with the benefits collected facilitating The White Ribbon Alliance, which assists in reconstructing the healthcare system in Haiti for mothers and babies. The auction will also support the organization's partner Haiti Hospital Appeal. The charity intends to build the devastated country a new hospital, although until the building is fully established provides ambulance service to Port-au-Prince. Other models aiding Campbell and Brown in the event are Erin O'Conner, Yasmin Le Bon and Sheila Atim.
