All eyes were glued to Lady Gaga as she glittered her way through the 52nd Grammy Awards wearing a gown that was created with Giorgio Armani.  She dazzled everyone with the shiny sequins that orbited her body and her sultry dark eyes and eyebrows juxtaposed her yellow hair.  The sparkly trend continued with fellow artists like Taylor Swift wearing a sequin backless blue Kaufman Franco gown.  Katy Perry wore a shimmering champagne Zac Posen gown which was sprinkled with gold flowers.

 

Wearing Emilio Pucci, both Fergie and Heidi Klum opted for a shorter look and gleamed elegantly

The big winner of the night was Beyonce, who set the record of the most Grammy wins by a female artist.  She wore a muted figure hugging Stephanie Rolland dress with elaborate appliqués on the red carpet.  But, during the show she followed the sparkly suit and changed into an Armani Privé dress covered in chains and accessorized with massive Lorraine Schwartz diamond hoops.  A true winner always sparkles!
