In Miami - like many hot destinations around the world - maintaining a great body and staying on top of fashion trends is an important part of daily life.  But recently we discovered that the tie between fashion and the eternal search for the perfect body is a lot more closely linked to cosmetic surgery than you might think.  Trends in fashion often influence the kinds of surgeries that clients are asking for, and as fashion changes, so does our vision of the perfect body.  We decided to take a closer look at this phenomenon, and went straight to one of Miami's top plastic surgeons.
